Instant Papaya Salad

Instant Papaya Salad is very simple , easy and healthy salad recipe which can be prepared with in few minutes . This Salad can be prepared very easily by even youngsters  or old age people. Instant Papaya Salad

Ingredients:-

  • ! cup papaya  chopped
  • 1/4  cup  fresh pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves  finely chopped
  • 1/4  to 1/2 tsp ginger grated
  • ¼ tsp red chilly powder
  • 1,4 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder  to taste
  • 1/4  to 1/2 tsp honey

Method :-

Wash the papaya nicely and take out the peel and chop int0 small pieces

Fine chop the roasted peanuts  or coarse crush the peanuts using pulse mode .

Combine chopped papaya , pomegranate , coriander leaves , peanuts  in a wide mixing bowl.

Then add  red chilly powder , salt , pepper powder, ginger and lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients nicely to prepare the salad.

lastly add in honey and give a nice mix.

  • Can avoid the honey if the papaya is sweet in taste.
  • Can carry this salad as a lunch box  food.
  • Use semi ripen papaya for the best results.
  • salad becomes mashy if you use over ripen papaya.
  • Can reduce or increase the quantity of red chilly powder as per individuals taste.
  • May include fine chopped red chilly to increase the spice.
  • 1 cup equals 250 ml.
