Serves – 1 to 2 persons
- ! cup papaya chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ginger grated
- ¼ tsp red chilly powder
- 1,4 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp honey
Wash the papaya nicely and take out the peel and chop int0 small pieces
Fine chop the roasted peanuts or coarse crush the peanuts using pulse mode .
Combine chopped papaya , pomegranate , coriander leaves , peanuts in a wide mixing bowl.
Then add red chilly powder , salt , pepper powder, ginger and lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients nicely to prepare the salad.
lastly add in honey and give a nice mix.
Serve the healthy and delicious Instant Papaya Salad topped with coriander leaves.

- Use semi ripen papaya for the best results.
