Creamy Mango Delight

Hello  everyone hope you  are fit and fine. Today  we are going to make  summer special  Creamy Mango Delight  recipe.  Creamy  Mango Delight  is a simple dessert prepared using very minimal ingredients and is so soft and creamy , it is completely irresistible.

It is very quick , easy and delicious mango mouth watering dessert recipe.  This Creamy Mango Dessert  is filled with  flavors of mango along with cream and biscuits.  Do try it and let me know how it turns out

Preparation  time  –  15  minutes

Cooking time   –  20 minutes

Total time  –  35 minutes

Makes  – 5 to 6 servings

Creamy Mango Delight  served chilled topped with  dash of cream , cherry and a mango piece.
Creamy Mango Delight

Ingredients  :-

  • 500 ml  full fat milk  ( 250 ml + 250 ml )
  • 1 ½ tbsp mango custard  powder
  • ½ cup mango puree
  • 1/2   cup  sugar  ( 1/4  + 1/4  )
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 10 to 12  Marie biscuits
  • 80 to 100 ml  whipping cream
  • 2 drops  mango essence
  • 125 ml  water
  • 2 tbsp cherry
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 3 to 4 tbsp fresh mango pieces

Method :-

Soak the china grass  in 125 ml water for 15 minutes.

Heat 250 ml milk in a non stick pan , when starts to boil  add in sugar and condensed milk  and give a nice mix and boil nicely for 5 minutes.

In the mean time crush the mango pieces to fine paste and combine with boiled milk and mix nicely.

Heat the china grass  along with that soaked water by stirring constantly till china grass nicely melts and appear like a fine paste.

Put this paste to that mango mix and stir well with out any lumps.

Transfer this to a  plate and allow to settle down for 20 minutes.

Then set in the fridge for 2 hours.

Beat the chilled whipping cream until stiff peak using electric hand beater.

Then keep this cream in the fridge for 1 hour.

Mix 50 ml milk and mango custard powder nicely  and prepare the slurry with out lumps and keep aside.

Heat remaining 200 ml milk in a thick bottom vessel and allow till one boil.

Then add in sugar and heat till sugar melts nicely.

Add in  custard slurry to the boiling milk  and stir constantly.

When the custard turns to semi thick consistency or starts to coat on the spoon.

Switch off the stove and allow to cool down completely , transfer to the fridge  and chill for at least for 30 minutes.

Add in mango essence to the whipped cream and give a nice mix.

Now assemble  the  dessert  after you take and place everything   on the slab.

Place the tumblers  , in the bottom put the mango pudding in the bottom, then place the biscuit pieces  .

Then  put in whipping cream as a next layer , arrange few mango pieces on whipping cream as a next layer.

Then repeat the layers in the same way once again  , lastly pour the thick mango custard  on the top.

Garnish the Creamy Mango Delight  with a dash of cream , cherry and a mango piece.

Sprinkle the biscuit  powder   lastly  and  chill in the fridge for two to three days.

Serve the tasty and mouth watering  Creamy Mango Delight  chilled.

Tips :-

  • Can use the frozen mango  in the place of fresh cream.
  • Add in  2 to 3  tbsp   of sugar powder if you are using amul whipping cream  after you beat the cream as this cream does not contain sweetness.
  • May store this dessert in fridge for three days .
  • Can use digestive biscuits or  chocolate biscuits  instead of Marie biscuits.
  • You may use vanilla custard powder if mango custard powder  is not available.
  • Add  2 tbsp of mango puree to the prepared  vanilla custard  if mango custard is not available
  • Can use vanilla essence instead of mango essence.
